Generally, MDL will process your request within 20 working days after the day on which it receives the request. It may charge you for access. If it is unable to give you a copy of the information, it will let you know generally the type of information it holds about you.
8. Correction of your personal information
You should promptly notify MDL by telephoning 03 9629 6111 or emailing info@medicinesdevelopment.com if there are any changes to your personal information. You may ask MDL at any time to correct personal information held by it about you. In some circumstances, MDL may charge you for this.

MDL may amend this policy from time to time, and the policy will be published on MDL's website.
