Today, Medicines Development for Global Health launched its 2025 Annual Report. In this edition, we not only celebrate our significant achievements of 2025, but also how, for the last 20 years, we have been working for a future where global health equity is achieved through accessible, innovative medicines.

We highlight key achievements from the past year, including:
- The launch of the Momentum Project in Ghana in January 2025 and, since then, over 110 000 people have received moxidectin for the treatment of River Blindness.
- Addition of moxidectin to the World Health Organization’s Essential Medicines List, a critical step toward expanding access globally.
- Clearance from the U.S FDA to proceed with our major multinational Phase 2 clinical trial of dovramilast in leprosy type 2 reaction.
- Celebrating our 20 years of commitment, innovation and collaboration in the name of developing medicines for those who need them most.
We also reflect on the breadth of our work from the past 20 years, highlight our truly global effort, and share insights into our operating model. All of this is made possible by our laser-focused, and deeply committed team and supported by an extensive global network of funders and collaborators.
