Medicines Development Director Mark Sullivan joins Victorian Premier Hon. Ted Baillieu on super trade mission to India

Mark Sullivan joins six university vice-chancellors and TAFE bosses and representatives from more than 220 companies on the six day Super Trade Mission, the largest-ever Australian trade mission to India. Medicines Development is representing the Life Sciences sector for the mission, a major sector of the Victorian economy.

The Super Trade Mission commenced in Delhi on 21 February 2012 to showcase the best of Victorian industry capability in key centres including Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai and Pune.

The mission is an important element of the Victoria Government’s Trade Engagement Program – India (TEPI). The TEPI program aims to strengthen existing relationships between Victoria and India, introduce Victorian companies to India and boost Victoria’s two-way trade and investment partnership with Indian businesses and the Indian community.
